Error code 13: Paper jam.

Error code 79 is a notification by the printer when it is not able to function properly due to critical hardware issues. Majorly these kinds of critical issues are associated with input and output cards or technical issue with the firmware of the printer machine.

Quick fix: Check the latest firmware of the printer according to its model name over the internet. If you have an older version of firmware, then update it immediately to fix the problem. If the problem persists then remove all the accessories of the printer along with input and output cards to know what is causing the fault.

Error code 21: Print overrun.

It is the error which occurs when the current memory of the printer exceeds. It is majorly caused due to back to back print commands given to the printer.

Quick fix: You need to delete the current print commands which are in the memory of the printer. To eliminate the command, launch ‘Run’ application on your computer by pressing (Ctrl+R) simultaneously on the keyboard. In the dialog box of the ‘Run’ application type, ‘services.msc’ and click on the search button. In the results window, browse to “Print spooler service,” right click on it and select properties and click on the stop button. Now, navigate to the location on your computer (C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS) and delete the job inside the directory.
